West Vancouver Homes for Sale: British Properties

Today we share the average sales ratio for the British Properties.  As shown in the graph below, in the past thirteen months, from October 2012 to November 2013, 84 homes sold, which calculates the Average Sales Ratio at 7%, the Average Sales Price (ASP) as $2,050,833. and the average Days on Market (DOM) as 54 days.  The Sales Price met the Listing Price 92% of total transactions.
